"Staff particularly Lewis on reception were great, really friendly, helpful & attentive Rooms were ok, mine could potentially benefit from a refresh, stains on the carpet and some slight mould in areas in bathroom Felt some of the prices were high £2 for a kitkat, Biggest issue with my stay was the constant noise from the workmen outside, "

"Good selection of drinks, and breakfast choice very good. Typical Moxy setup and offering, very modern rooms and nice shower. Convenient for city centre ( less than 5 minute walk to bars/restaurants and shops ) and also for taxis to cruise terminals"

"I really liked my room: clean, modern and functional. The QRCode based room service was a big 1/5 stars for me. Menu item availability wasnt current and it took 40 minutes to sort this out with a chat bot firstly, no promised human (waited 20 minutes) a guy on the phone who wasn’t on the site and who suggested I go downstairs with my query (! Room service man!) a chat with reception, another chat with reception…..I did eventually get my dinner delivered to my room. It was nice."

"The corridors, room and swimming pool / sauna areas were terrible. No warnings that the property was undergoing refurbishment. Guest services were rude invading personal space. Communication was poor. Sauna switched off and wasn't advised it takes 15 minutes to heat up."
