"Located in the Baixa, centrally located, so easy to get anyplace in the city, either walking, metro or Uber. We had dinner there with a Fado show one evening and it was surprising good, usually not a fan of hotel food but this was worth it and good, and the Fado singer was excellent!"

"The staff at the hotel desk were great. However, the staff at the Breakfast Buffet were awful. We had an experence where we asked for one cup of decaf coffee and 30 minutes later; and after flagging down to additional staff personnel we were told the machine was broken -- but, then we received a cup of coffee 5 minutes after that.
