"The staff at this hotel are incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is clean and has decor that I thought was very cool. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I had plenty of coffee in my room. Best of all, the staff members were kind to Josie cat, my travel companion - she got a lovely gift AND an offer for the hotel to provide her with a litter box. I loved it here."

We had an experence where we asked for one cup of decaf coffee and 30 minutes later; and after flagging down to additional staff personnel we were told the machine was broken -- but, then we received a cup of coffee 5 minutes after that.
