"Amazing service I went with my friend for her 85th birthday. On arrival they wished her happy birthday, gave her a gift then room service bought a birthday cake. Staff lovely and helpful. Very clean beds sooo comfy. Excellent location going again definitely. Oh breakfast best ive ever had and i have stayed in different hotels this is tge best.try the cinnamon toast delicious. Friendly from start to finish nothing too much trouble. Thank you so much x"

"It’s 163 old and so elegant and beautiful! The architecture on both inside and out is amazing and to read about the history was mind blowing! The breakfast is buffet style and delicious. They have afternoon tea and offer drinks and small plates for late night in their beautiful bar lounge calls. The Soak"
