"The hotel is very convenient to Paddington Station and the Heathrow express. Rooms are small but clean, quiet and well equipped. There were USB and USB-C ports so adaptors were not needed which is always nice. The woman at reception was very helpful. There’s no lift so be prepared for some stairs. "

"As soon as we entered the lobby, exhausted from flying all night, we were greeted by Afife. She was so pleasant and helpful each and every day were were there, as were all of the staff.
