"This time I chose a basic room, it was indeed smaller than the premium room I booked before but still featured a sofa, a table and a window with street views. The other thing delighted me was that the room service is 24h. I had a good steak at 1pm."

"The Sea Containers exceeded my expectations. The staff was so warm, welcoming and friendly. The lobby area and bar and restaurants were all beautiful and delicious. The room was spacious with a very large bathroom with great lighting and perfect for sharing with a friend. The location on the Thames was perfect, near the London Eye, great shopping, restaurants and bars close by. I would definitely stay here the next time I'm in London!"

"If you prefer nature and history, this location is perfect. Upon arrival it was a short walk from Paddington Station when travelling from Heathrow. Directly across the road from Hyde Park and a short walk to Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, and Diana’s memorial. Having a tube station directly underneath the hotel was perfect for the novice London visitor. The concierge, bellhops, hospitality desk, room service, and housekeeping was attentive to every details and very helpful in a timely...

"Excellent stay, excellent service! Was helped by Jess at check in. She was cheerful and helpful which made the check in process enjoyable and breezy. The room was heavenly and really cosy, even managed a cheeky bath before I checked out. Only stayed for a night and didn't really get to check out the wonderful facilities there but I'll be sure to check it out when I come back again, because I definitely will be back! Probably the only suggestion I would have is to provide compliments...

"The staff were amazing - from check in to the conceirge to the door men all were exceptional. We loved the piano bar and the restaurant staff and food was top notch! The 9th floor bar had amazing views and cocktails! The room was checked throughout the day as requested for garbage removal and towels and bed turndown. We would highly recommend this hotel."
