"Made to feel very welcome and hotel kindly arranged a late check-in without fuss. The room was comfy and clean and the breakfast first class. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is in a super location on the bridge with views of the river and just a short walk to shops and amenities. Very friendly - will always go back when visiting Thetford area."
"Great location easy to find close to all shops 10 min drive to mildenhall stadium up on straight road room was pretty basic had everything you need cant say anything about the food has haven't eaten but smelt amazing they don't do breakfast but is a cafe next door that they recommend was lovely will be staying again when next up."

"Beautiful quiet location, Plenty of space outside on the patio and also inside . Staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was very good with an over fill carpark. Food was very good and breakfast was good value and very nice, If anything, the bedrooms were a little on the small side and rooms need a bit of freshening up. "A lovely little building in Mildenhall. Certainly an historic building, and comes with the quirks of its age, but the team has done a brilliant job of adapting and making it up to date. Missing shampoo, and no hair dryer, but the bed was great and the shower fantastic. Kettle and tea bits were all I really needed :-). "
"Nice quick check in,room nice and clean and beds very comfortable.Bathroom nice and clean ,plenty of towels , toiletries provided.Was a hairdryer,only thing would have been nice to have a socket near a mirror when drying your hair.This room we had this time was a lot noiser from all the traffic .Breakfast had plenty of choice ,nice to have brand name cereals,cooked breakfast was okay but mushrooms were nearly raw and fried eggs were quite rubbery looking and hard "
