"Great architecture and modern design, yet it lack greenery and natural spaces. At moments you feel inside a concrete building surrounded by more concrete and glass. Not to my taste. Breakfast service at world cafe was impecable, food was delicious and with many options to choose from. At arrival, we didn’t appreciate being asked several times to listen to time share speeches which we declined. Room had those communicating doors to next room and we could hear most conversations and baby crying at night. Nice activities for kids, including the kids club, the splash water park and the video games and foosball, air hockey, and pool tables at core zone. My kids loved having lots of ice cream and desserts available in the many food stops. We didn’t like we were asked to purchase a bottle of wine if we wanted to put to tables together for a birthday dinner for 9 people at Nebbiolo restaurant. One more waiter suggested we paid $600 usd to use the larger table at their Cava. That’s ridiculous! So, you already paid a lot for the all inclusive package but you still have to pay so much more to be with your family if you are more than 5. Overall we enjoyed celebrating with my family but most likely we will try a different hotel next time. "
