"The rooms were okay nothing out of the ordinary."

"We had a great stay. There’s a selection of small pools outside. Great for families in the kiddy areas and away from them for adults who don’t want that. Pool service was decent. Slow at peak times as all drinks come from the lower level bar. Service was great though, friendly, helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean. Bathrooms do stay wet because the fans aren’t strong and the water doesn’t all drain the right way leading to wet spots. Size was good. AC doesn’t go colder than 20°C so we did feel a little sticky at times. We had an ocean view and the balcony was lovely. Access to the beach was nice too. Just outside the super busy area so beach privacy was nice. Breakfast was really decent. Rotating choices, fresh juice and fruit. Breakfast service was fast and polite. Gabriel served us several days while at the pool, great guy. Rodrigo at breakfast most days, little English but very polite and speedy. Overall, an excellent stay."

"This was our second time staying in Pueblo Bonito and we came back because it’s always an amazing experience. Staff is amazing especially waiters in restaurants already recognized my kids and knew what they wanted to drink. Our room was upgraded to a suite and we had the best experience ever. "

"The room in the tower was clean and comfortable. There wasn't much of a variety for breakfast restaurants. The staff everywhere on the resort were friendly and kind. Nit much for evening entertainment. There was only karaoke and blackjack that alternated in the evenings...one night a 2 person band. The shows are really early and only in the buffet restaurant. The buffet restaurant food wasn't anything wonderful. The Mexican and Italian restaurants fir dinner were fabulous. The buffet by the beach was disgusting... the food covers would be open and birds eating right out of them... The entertainment/activities during the day were fun and there were a lot of things through the day."

"It was a lovely property - lots of garden area with many trees and flowering bushes, lots of birds. Many eating areas - all good. Pleasant open feel to the whole lobby and eating places. beautiful infinity pool and many different places to sit for the day. The beach was not the greatest, but good enough - sand sloped down and some large rock formations in water - a good flat beach could be walked to south of this beach. Located ok for out of resort restaurants and shops. Room was clean and had everything I needed - nice patio overlooking the gardens and pool and ocean."

"Our room had a kitchen and balcony and looked over the harbour. The view was amazing. The pool that we used the most was close, with a swim up bar and restaurant, surrounded by palm trees and beautiful flowers and you could see the masts of the ships in the harbour. The restaurant closest to us had a different ethnic or theme of buffet each night such as BBQ, Mexican, Italian, and Asian with a live keyboardist . The food was great! Each night we would look over the harbour and watch the sunset while eating. The shuttle boat provided excellent regular service taking us to and from the beach which was my favourite spot with the sand, shaded lounge chairs and warm ocean. The resort provided toys for the kids to play with on the beach and the all inclusive restaurant and drinks were also on the beach. The premises and staff were perfect; warm and inviting with excellent service."
