"Perfect location and most certainly made my guest and I feel safe at all times. The room was in excellent condition with far more accommodations then ever imagined. The TV was personalized when we arrived in the room which added a nice touch for us during our stay. The staff was super helpful with all of our needs and joined in conversation each time we spoke. "The hotel was amazing! But what we did not like was the surrounding area, it did not feel safe. I would highly recommend this location and use uber to get back and forth to where you are going. "This hotel was very neat. I was going to see a show at the Fox and the hotel is almost right across the street from the theatre so it was great for that purpose. "Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town."
