"The elevator was a nightmare. That must get fixed. We should have been given a refund. Had to carry all our luggage up and down the emergency stairs. The parking was also full when we paid $30. The breakfast was all picked over and didn't have much to offer. "

The design of the hotel is beautiful- we loved the museum, pool, sauna, restaurants, art features! Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Also super ideal location and parking/valet was great!
