"We really appreciated the eraly check-in. The hotel was in a good walking distance from Union Station. The room was clean besides a spot of mold on the bathroom ceiling. The only let down was the website indicated the property had a pool but NO pool on site :( Also, we had to pay $15 to park on-site and was told to park in the rear of the building because they were chardging folks $30 to park in the parking lot due to a local event. "This place is SO worth the money! Will absolutely be back. Avoid Landry's seafood though. Not worth the price at all. Favorites were the aquarium (got to pet sharks, jellyfish, and stingrays), the train shed for food (drinks and bruschetta were incredible), and the grand hall show. "Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town."
