We stayed here one night for a dance competition at the Gateway Center. The price die the night was reasonable and perfect for what we needed. Good location, nice staff, clean, and nice breakfast.

This was a great property and overall the room was very clean. The bathroom I think could use new ventilation as there was some evidence of mold on the bathroom ceiling. Other than that great staff and amenities.

My grandkids were so excited to go swimming but when we got there there was a large group of people eating and drinking alcohol in the pool area instead of the dining area right outside the pool. There are signs everywhere saying no eating or drinking in pool area. They were being loud and obnoxious, beer cans everywhere! There was an inflatable ball my grandkids were playing with and it went to the other side of the pool where the drunks were and they took it and started playing with it themselves. My husband went to the front desk to complain and the lady told him yea I spoke to my manager and they said as long as they aren’t breaking anything or causing a disturbance to just leave them alone. They WERE causing a disturbance! I didn’t feel like my grandkids were safe in their any longer and we had to leave. So upsetting for the kids. But I wasn’t about to let them dive in one of them or jump on them!

Enjoyed my stay and would probably stay again. The only thing I didn’t like was that the elevator sounded like it was going to break down every time people got on it.

Listen it’s not the RITZ but for the price and what I needed it was perfect. The breakfast was ok, the kids loved the pool (which I personally thought was a little cool for an indoor pool), The staff is so amazing, everyone we encountered was kind and friendly. I highly recommend!!
