"Hotel is definitely family friendly! The staff were exceptional, always smiling and asking if we needed anything. Housekeeping kept our towels stocked and garbage emptied daily. Breakfast was delicious, and the 5:30 kickback was a huge money saver while staying with kids as we only had to dine out once per day. They also loved the free popcorn and soda! The location is close to tons of shopping and the drive to St.Louis was short and easy. We would definitely come back."

"Check in & valet service were wonderful, check in was fast & she was super polite & our room was ready upon check in. Clean room & nicely set up room. It was great for an overnight stay after attending a Cardinals game. The only complaint is the drag racing that went on outside on the street starting at 2am for about a hour that was super noisy but that is not the hotels fault. A little police presence outside on the street would rectify that quickly. Overall a nice stay! "

"Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel.
