"Best hotel stay we've had in years. Fast, easy check in. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel was very busy but we didn't hear alot of noise while in our room. All of the staff we had contact with were kind, friendly and helpful. Food was really good. Would definitely stay again"
"The noise from the hallways and the outside was terrible. Very difficult to sleep and then they screwed up and put our reservation under a different name so it didn’t match our car and caused all kinds of trouble when we tried to leave. "
Magnolia Hotel St. Louis, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
8/10 Good
"Very close to The Dome. The rooms air conditioning didn’t really feel like it was working too well even when we cranked it down to 60 degrees. The bathroom didn’t look too clean in the shower as there were black stains on the wall and a dirty looking floor in the shower. The shower curtain barely held the water out so the floor got soaked each time. Besides that it was a fairly average room, nothing fancy."
Hampton Inn St. Louis-Downtown (At the Gateway Arch)
6/10 Okay
"The location was great for our short visit to be able to walk to The Arch and Baseball Village. Our room was good, but the ability to move throughout the hotel was tricky. There were 2 of 3 working elevators and the wait to get on one and then get to the needed floor took a very long time. We used the stairs as much as possible, but were exited outside and it was not clear prior to exiting where you would end up. The stairs were also narrow and crowded with the amount of other guests resorting to the stairs. "
