The HVAC wasn’t working properly & I couldn’t sleep the first night thinking the heater was going to blow up trying to get the room to an acceptable temperature. "This is a great place for family fun, they were in the process of putting in all new door locks because the old ones didn’t work well but they were extremely accommodating and helpful they allowed us to check in early and extend our stay for later in the day. The property is right on the ocean, our room wasn’t over the water but many were available plenty of parking and the staff was friendly and helpful for the money you can’t go wrong at all… being that I have a dog and that they do allow pets and that they are welcome in the beach was an amazing experience! I’ll definitely be returning there for sure"

"Our room was spacious enough for our family of 4 and had convenient free parking. The condition of the property surpassed our expectations considering beach front properties tend to show more wear and tear compared to ones further inland. The room has a simple boho decor to it and was perfect for peaceful rest. The tide was high due to stormy conditions so most days the waves covered the beach. You could still view the ocean from the deck above. Most rooms overlooked the parking lot, but there were some that faced the ocean. We felt the convenience of going from the parking lot up the stairs or elevator to our room was a good trade off. If you’re looking for a laid back property that is clean with close proximity to restaurants, etc - this is an excellent choice. The staff seemed friendly as well. When we had trouble with the clothing steamer, they delivered a new one to us promptly. Will return next time we visit Daytona."
