"Had a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay, the weather was on and off so we had stayed in the room and it was very comfy, comes with kitchen and kitchenware and all other bells and whistles. Bed was super comfy as well. Beach access is available via the Beach club and the pool is also amazing! Perfect stay for couples and families! Worth the every dollar! The staff were very hospitable as well!"

"This was a great place for us to stay with our family while in town for our niece's wedding. Having the main bedroom upstairs from the rest of the house was nice to be able to break away from people when needed. Communication from the management staff was prompt and clear, and they even helped us when we needed an item we couldn't find in the house. My only tip is that if you book through this management company, plan to bring all of your food and seasoning supplies. Unlike some vacation...

"Property is smaller than picture. We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. "

"A truly phenomenal home. We really enjoyed the week. Great location, comfortable beds, lovely home and peaceful neighborhood. Simply excellent. Staying more than 2 days requires reinforcements of toilet paper, dishwasher/laundry pods, shampoo, paper towels, soap, etc…We absolutely would return to this property. Amazing home! "

"Our family (10 total) enjoyed this wonderful home that was conveniently located in the Santa Rosa area. The property manager was responsive and helpful in getting us appointed. Definitely, highly recommend this for a family vacation."
"The property was amazing - very small and quaint but perfect for small family of four. The small cottage style of this place is adorable. Very clean when we arrived. Beds were very comfortable which was great - often a negative when traveling. Not ideal to have 1.5 bath with shower only but worked out fine. Absolutely LOVED the bikes and the neighborhood and proximity to the beach and private beach, not crowded in this spot at all. Annoying that the lock code was automatically changed on the door an hour before departure time and this was *NOT in all the directions, but I messaged the management company - doesn’t reflect the actual place and experience and gave feedback to warn others if they are going to do that.
