"We didn’t actually meet any staff, because we got in around 7:30 pm. But instructions for room were perfect and the accommodations were lovely. Really liked the mattress."

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a great location where we could easily bike to Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain for meals and ice cream. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the pools and ping pong table in the fitness center. The walk to the beach is long but pleasant because of the shaded boardwalk."

"We absolutely enjoyed staying at this property. The location was great, the amenities were great, the owner was great. The location of the property was minutes from the beach access, super close to food options, and over looks the pool. The golf cart & bikes made it effortless to get around the area. The pool was clean and well kept. The owner was timely in his communications. My only suggestion would be a deep clean of the property is needed. Just a few areas seemed to be neglected in routine cleanings. We hope to return to this property! "

"A perfect, peaceful, and much needed Spring Break stay with good friends!!The house was even better than described. It's the first place we've stayed that was over stocked with essentials... What a treat to not have to worry about toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, laundry tabs, and trash bags, (even though we brought our own).The kitchen is extra stocked, the beds are cozy with Members Mark and Pottery Barn bedding, and the bath towels are big and thick. The back yard is so cute and fenced in. A great space to enjoy breakfast, dinner or cocktails and not have to worry about your Frenchie's getting out! Even though we didn't use the hot tub, it was a nice option to have. We did venture out on the golf cart one day (because the days were on the chilly side that week), which was fun. The beach chairs were also on the nicer side (not the cheap flimsy ones), as were the beach towels.The location of the house was ideal... An easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the Blue Mountain Creamery!Jeff (the host) is great and quick to respond, if needed.We will definitely be back!! "

"My family and I absolutely loved this house! It was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was beautiful and very close to the beach. We enjoyed the golf cart and tennis courts! It's very close to amenities such as shopping and restaurants. We hope to be back soon! "
