"Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "

"Our stay was amazing. We landed early and since there was no previous renter, they let us store our bags in the house prior yo check in. They were easily reachable when needed and very accommodating! We also had air conditioner problems when we got there and the maintenance guy was out within hours to fix the problem! Also, it’s SECONDS away from the public beach access which was amazing!! This trip was definitely amazing and the house size, location and easy beach access was unreal!!"

Beachside Villa South of 30A - 1 Minute Walk to Seagrove Beach

"The only complaint is that they need to let renters know that the beach is closed to Beachside Villas and you have to walk down to a public part. My parents have a hard time walking especially my Dad. So we went to the pool the whole time because you can't just walk straight to the beach and sit in a chair The condo was nice and the location is great except for the condos on the beach that took over that beach. Next year somewhere different. You pay all that money and have no access until 5pm."

"This is a beautiful home in Watersound. The golf cart makes life easier going to and from the beach. Everything is as you see it in the photos. A couple of small negatives, no ice maker in the home that works so prepare to buy lots of ice and the water pressure is pretty poor in MBR and some of the other bathrooms."
