"The space was wonderful to stay at. The space was clean, very kid friendly and great for family’s with young children. We were delightfully surprised to find the baby gate at the top of the stairs along with a high chair. The place didn’t have the stuff that draws small curious minds and has you always rushing to redirect. We loved driving the cart around. It made going to the beach so much easier. All the expectations were clear and easy to do.We would highly recommend staying there to anyone with young children and look forward to our next opportunity to stay."

"The pool was too dirty upon arrival to use. the photo of the pool is deceiving. It is very small. The water feature is nice.Towels in some bedrooms were soiled. The gate latches were very hard to use. The pool deck needed sanding. Our six year old got an inch splinter in her foot.Kitchen was well supplied."

"Although it was a cold weather retreat getaway, we enjoyed our stay and all the amenities. Our favorite was the golf cart that allowed us to scoot around without taking our vehicles to nearby places, including the beach! Great restaurants shops were next door, everything was so close! The space was so clean and in working order, modern coastal decor that was comfortable and pleasing to the eye. We appreciated the organization and well kept space! We also loved the additional night at a fraction of the price that was offered. We will be back and hope to book agaim by summer! Thank you for the memories, 30A townhomes!"
