"I asked for a room on the first level when I booked the room. I am unable to walk up al stairs. That did not happen. The room I was given after making the desk clerk aware of my request. I still had 6 deep step to walk ups and the curve was high. The hotel was 90% empty. Therefore, they could have given me a room in another building that only had a total of 2 steps. I was angry. But with it raining, my sister help me. The room was clean but it had a damp spell. Bed speads newd to be updated....
