Bed was very comfortable as were pillows and duvets. Nice touch having the leisure facilities although pool could have been slightly hotter. Perfect location for princes street, Christmas markets, George street and st James quarter. Fantastic stay and can’t wait to return. "

"so many goodies for us in the room! Very close to tram stop. Wonderful host who helped us with our laundry. Cozy kitchen where we could help ourselves to goodies throughout the day and night. The host helped us with tourism sites and maps."

"I want to gatekeep this review - this was such a fantastic stay. The Townhouse is fantastic! Such great attention to detail and Alexander/Erika were so good at communicating with me; proactive and timely always. The room itself was large, spacious and so well appointed. Mattress was comfortable, the little kitchen perfect, the bathroom large and plush towels. Location is fantastic in Leith - close to so many cafes/restaurants and the beach is a 10minute bus ride or a 40mins walk. Couldn't fault this place even if I tried. Wonderful place and I will be back again!"
