"I highly recommended this place to people who wants a night-in in Edinburgh. The place is clean, and the room we got was huge and very lovely. You can order any takeaway at Bonnie & Wild if you want to just chill in your room.
All in all, it was an amazing experience! We shall be back for my birthday next year!"

3 Johns Place Townhouse
10/10 Excellent
"The accommodation was perfect, it was beautifully styled and very comfortable, with just walking distance from everything.
I think if I was going to suggest a very minor suggestion it would be to have a bigger bin but apart from that it was perfect!"
"The room was quite nice and cozy, the whole area was secure and clean as well. I received personal recommendations from the owner of places in the area which did not disappoint!"
"Easy check in and check out. Staff really polite and helpful, room was really clean and spacious. The complimentary tea, coffee, water and biscuits went down a treat. The hotel decor/architecture was a delight for the eyes and the variety at breakfast was wonderful too."
"We had a lovely stay at the Apex Grassmarket Hotel!!! The staff were super helpful and kind. The room and view of the castle were fantastic. It was a great location, walkable to everything we wanted to see. A+ experience!"
"Check in was exceptional - we didn’t take the breakfast option as we had an early flight to catch so opted to skip it. The room was lovely clean & spacious / we were celebrating our anniversary and had the surprise of a lovely Xmas duck to keep. It really was a lovely stay / we enjoyed the spa facility after a busy day exploring the Xmas markets and surrounding areas. I shall be returning in the new year - everyone was truly welcoming & helpful - top marks all round - thank you "
