Good size for room, big bathroom, nice staff. Buffet breakfast affordable price and tasty food.

Very lovely hotel, good breakfast, very friendly staff! The only thing that might bother someone, is slight sound of trams

This place was great! The room was huge and nice with massage chair and other amenities. The shower with bathtub was really nice and comfy. The whole experience was worthy and the location easy to access from different stations.

Fantastic location being a 2 minute walk to the city loop train line. Very clean room, hotel staff were very friendly. Would certainly stay here again if I am in Osaka.

Fair hotel for short stay, nothing too spectacular, but given it's in Japan, the standard is always high!

Very nice rooms and very helpful nice staff. Very close the train and food shops

Great location one stop or 15mins walk from Osaka station. Super comfy and luxe hotel.

Very nice

Hotel the flag is in a super convenient location. We could easily travel around Osaka on the metro and the SHINSAIBASHI shopping street was right next door with great shopping. Would stay here again.

Very good hotel

Amazing property. Little dated but felt quite luxurious. Big rooms and outstanding service culture..would definitely stay there again..

Really great location and amenities. Laundry was convenient to use and helpful. Hotel was clean, room was spacious enough for two people. Really great value.

Only downside is the hotel does not have a gym (for those who...

The location was fantastic, with three train stations nearby, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Dotonbori was also just a comfortable 20-minute walk away, which was perfect for enjoying the food, shopping and atmosphere. The area felt safe, and the convenience of getting around made our stay stress-free. A special mention to Hikari Restaurant, which was absolutely...
