"This room is located in Tower 1. This location is walkable to the strip or you can walk into the side of Planet Hollywood. It is also an all indoor walk over to the MGM, which is awesome if it is raining. It was very easy to utilize the pool/lazy river at the MGM. You just scan your room key and you are in. The pictures of the room are accurate. The valet service is quick and easy, along with check in. The issues I had were the stained carpets and upholstery, the carpet could have been vacuumed...

"Had a wonderful stay at the MGM Signature while attending a conference at the MGM Conference center. The MGM Signature is closer to the MGM conference center than the rooms at the MGM Grand. The rooms at the Signature are also nicer and larger than the rooms at the MGM Grand. As I usually read everything, but it was so thorough I assumed very professional service similar to a hotel. "Avoids the circus on the strip, but you can go visit. No joke about the Valet parking, sometimes took a while to get our car at peak rush times (morning, before dinner), but with that slight planning, everything was perfect. Joe was great, even mailed back something we left behind."

"Had a bachelor group of about 9 staying at this property. It was a good space for us to do what we needed to do in the time that we had in Vegas. Home is very spacious, very clean and the pool was better than anticipated. Owner responds very quickly and is always available for your needs. There’s about 7 beds, two couches and a roll-out bed in the closet, so there was ample room for everyone. This was a great experience and I highly recommend a stay here!"
