"This place was so poorly maintained and gross. It’s in a terrible and horrible neighborhood. I paid for early check in and couldn’t even check in. Once I got into the property it was dirty, the bathroom was disgusting. All sorts of hair was everywhere. The bed was terrible, I would never sleep on a bed like that. The pictures that are listed isn’t even the same property that I rented. "

"We had a great time staying at this property during our trip to Reno. The house was cozy and comfortable, with just the right amount of space for a short stay. It does get a little bright in the mornings, so bring an eye mask if you’re light sensitive, but otherwise the place was quiet and peaceful.The location was excellent, within walking distance to several great spots for food, drinks, and coffee. We loved being able to leave the car in the covered garage and just explore the neighborhood on...

"The hosts were good communicators, the apartment itself was fairly clean, but in all honesty it was similar to a cheap hotel room. Kitchen and appliances were handy, good sized fridge. I specified we’d use the sofa bed but no extra linens or blankets were left in the apartment. This is a good spot for a short stay. "

"House clean and beds comfortable. Property a little hard to locate. Left early because of unresolved issues. They booked back to back, with people leaving and arriving the same day. This caused alot of issues. Amenties like shower soap, wash cloths, towels, toilet paper, coffee, and extra bedding were missing. Some of these were on property and I had to look for them. Garage door opener was missing. The garage was not accessible. The tv was difficult to navigate, no instructions were...

"Claims to sleep 10. Maybe 8 at most. A couch that doesn’t fold out shouldn’t count as a bed! "
