"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"We arrived early to the hotel, we were given rooms before checkin time. The concierge was wonderful. The rooms were great. The shower pressure and temperature were perfect. The pillow were so so. But the bed and comforter were pleasant. I want to recognize Albino for making our breakfast spectacular every morning. Great location in Earl's Court across the street from the Piccadilly line (think airport and central London easy access). Wonderful, welcoming, genuinely hospitable staff.
