New staff in kitchen has made a huge difference.
And a good central location makes this an excellent place to return to.

The staff are so helpful and the breakfast are so hearty. Great choice to stay outside of Edinburgh and great value for money. Catch the X55 bus just a short walk down the road to the bus terminal in the heart of Edinburgh. The X55 is wheel chair equipped as well. There is a superb fish and chip shop next door with Pizzas as well. The selection is fantastic and portions are huge.

The hotel was blissful to come to at the end of a long day - everything we could have asked for. A very inviting restaurant for dinner and wonderful breakfast. Plentiful parking with lots of space - unusual to find. Would certainly recommend to anyone. Staff were most helpful and polite - lovely ladies. Unfortunately, not good for accessibility with anyone with mobility problems - had to cart luggage up long staircase.

Great location in the old town. Staff were amazing, helpful and happy. Rooms were exceptionally comfortable and included breakfast was brilliant. Meals were good and outside deck for an afternoon drink very enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again - been travelling for 7 weeks and best property we have stayed at.

A very well appointed apartment hotel in a quiet but central location. Good facilities including a kitchenette and washing machine. Reasonably spacious layout for a studio apartment. Large well designed bathroom with plenty of storage space. My only criticism was that the wooden floor felt a bit sticky underfoot as though it needed a good wash and when i looked under the bed to retreive a dropped item there was a build up of dust. Friendly young staff.
