"Had 4 nights in this hotel. Room is a little outdated and showing significantly. Wednesday evening we ate in the restaurant which was ok. They do add 10% service charge onto the bill and tell you they can remove it if you wish!!!! Breakfast was lovely Thursday and friday mornings, however Saturday and Sunday was a little disappointing 😞. "Fantastic location walkable to all the major sites. Staff is amazing as is everybody in Scotland. Room had a king size bed and fantastic bedding, but the room was a bit small. We stayed on the ninth floor one below the top and could hear when people flushed the toilet above us with the water running through the pipes. So I would request a room on the top floor. Eat their restaurant, and that two was phenomenal and reasonably priced."
