No issues during our stay here. Staff was happy to swap our room from the 2nd floor to the ground floor without concern. Laundry facilities are decent and affordable.

We had a great room - ideal location for exploring in all directions (if you have a car) -close to supermarkets etc. Gentleman at the desk - very helpful

Best Western the best
We spent 4 nights at Best Western Dunedin. We were upgraded to a double room unit so had plenty of space. We were able to keep the room very warm as we were there mid winter and it was raining most days. Laundry facilities were great.

had a 2 night stay in different rooms the beds were hard and uncomfortable springs popping etc would have been better to sleep on concrete wont stay or recommend as a place to stay again,wasnt worth the money .

Property was untidy. Bed was damp. Left item there and the claim it wasn’t left there. I suspect they stole it because I know exactly where it was left..

The room and facilities were nice, although when we arrived the staff had said they had put our room up for people to book. Luckily no one had booked it so, in the end, we could stay although it was not very reliable.

The hotel itself is nice, and our room was nice. Nothing spectacular, but nothing poor. Unfortunately for us, the hotel is at a very busy intersection so traffic noise was an issue. If the hotel was located in a quieter area, we would have rated it higher. We would probably not stay there again.

Clean quiet room. But very disappointing to return in the evening during my stay and find that there was NO parking available on-site. As there is no on-street parking adjacent to Best Western, 555 Andersons Bay Road, this was very concerning. The only option was to park in the driveway and leave very early next morning.

Pleasant, standard accommodation.
Weekend accommodation whilst we attended a wedding in Dunedin. Standard, tidy accommodation...had a pleasant stay. Location is right near a roundabout so a little noisy. Close to supermarket and within short walk to fast food restaurants. We were out and about most of the time so it met our needs.

Patrick and his team were incredibly helpful during a difficult time for our family. They went out of their way to accommodate us and other family members who arrived with no booking.
