I stay here a lot. The traveling band I play with plays in OBX much of the summer.Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is good for someone looking to spend time on the beach. The free breakfast is always a good way to start the day. I will continue to stay here as long as I visit the OBX.

Staff was very nice to us. The sheets could have been nicer. They have a tendency to pill. Since the weekend rate is higher, it would have been nice to have a little upgrade on the breakfast may be nicer danish. Very clean pool was great right on the beach.

I guess the breakfast was good according to friend. Beach view, what beach view and no private balcony you shared with all on the same floor, to get to beach you need to walk across parking lot. If on 1st level no view of beach 2nd level you see some, never went to 3rd level. No elevators so if you have bad knees this is not the place as you need to use stairs. Bed was very uncomfortable and mattress did not fit frame scratched leg on frame getting out of bed. For the money its not worth the stay. Sorry I will not stay again.

This hotel is great for a low priced room at the beach. Unfortunately the sink was leaking, the main light in the room didn’t turn on and the phone to the front desk didn’t work and the beds were uncomfortable. It’s great for a quick trip to the beach.

We asked for a room with an ocean view. Our room (suite) was on the second floor facing the dunes/ocean. I was greeted with a magnificent view of the ocean waves and the sun rising out of the water while I drank coffee comfortably from the couch in my room. It was just what I needed.
