"Everytime i come to check in at Welcome Center its always one customer service representative friendly and one thats not friendly thistime the young man who Checked me in very friendly and made me feel very welcome the lady working with him when I spoke to her didn't acknowledge me or speak back same thing when I checked out the lady was very very friendly and thanked me for staying at Beechwoods the guy standing beside her i spoke too didn't speak back or acknowledge me. I felt like the people who didnt speak back didn't like Afro Americans "

"We loved the big porch and rooftop deck overlooking the woods and the canal. Kitchen was well appointed, as were the bookshelves and games cabinet. Having the master bedroom on the main floor was awesome for our mom who has mobility challenges. We loved the hosts' decor & style and felt right at home. Communication with host was excellent and most accommodating. We look forward to returning to Second Nature!"

"Excellent accomodation and location! We would stay here again. The walk to the ocean took seven minutes, and the beach was never crowded, which was lovely. We walked to Duck in 45 minutes, and enjoyed the boardwalk a lot. The beds were comfy, and there was a high chair and portable crib. If you use an Instant Pot or Keurig, you will want to bring those. We brought sheets, extra blankets, bath towels, hand towels, bathroom floor mats, and washcloths, which are not provided, as clearly stated in the listing. Bring soap & shampoo too. "

"Beautiful house, nice walk to beach, super close to community pool which was empty most everyday we went, love Duck! Everything was so nice, love the new kitchen and downstairs king bed was super comfortable, enjoyed having breakfast on the enclosed porch and loved coffee and evening sits on the upper deck with ocean views! Hated to leave, can’t wait to come back!"

"This is our second stay in Duck Days this year. It is an amazing location (right off the boardwalk, walkable to restaurants, shops and the beach) and a stunning view. It has a great layout with bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space. Between the 5 of us, we represented three generations from 5 years old to 75 years and it was a great stay for us all. Huge thanks to the owners, who made a special trip to bring us some new chairs to replace a few broken ones, They were incredibly responsive to our need and great to work with. Look forward to returning again next year! "
