Everything amazing, staff are 6* not 5, can’t do enough for you. For a beach break that isn’t a 10hr flight in Jan/Feb it’s the ideal location/resort

Excellent place to stay in Dubai West Beach! All the people were very friendly, helpful and I want to thank them for a wonderful stay. Definitely coming back.

Very friendly staff. Some issues with our room occasionally but this was dealt with promptly. Food options on offer could be better. I would definitely stay here again. The kids loved it too and made friends with the ladies at the front desk, i cannot praise them enough.
