They kept me locked in the property behind a gate, and said I couldn’t leave until my dad brought the bracelet back. My dad was going to bring it back, but they forced me to stay there until he came back. The staff were rude and putting their hands in my moms face and being very dismissive. The AC also didn’t work in my room, so I slept all sweaty. Unfortunately i did go when the seaweed was at its fullest but i already knew so we planned to go to a cenote beach club and a lagoon and was amazing.
