Vacation in general was great just on the roof staff charge from my credit card double times tips,so need to be careful and when I was checking out they try put tips in my room bills-so totally disagree with it.

Hyatt Centric Playa del Carmen - Downtown House & Beach House
The hotel and staff were great. Only thing that could be better was the beach. It was really rocky and impossible to get into without water shoes.
