"When I booked the hotel, my receipt said one price. I ended up being charged $76 more. I was told $50 is an incidental fee and should be refunded. The rest of the charge was for parking in the parking garage. We were unaware that parking was going to be $26. The room we got was also not the room that was pictured in the booking. The room pictured included a chaise lounge and a shower/tub combo. Our room did not have the chaise lounge and only had a shower."
