"Our lock to our room never work the entire stay. The staff could have cared less. Didn't apologize and when they tried to fix it they just glared at us and didn't say a word. Could overlook how run down and old it was if people were friendly. Don't stay here. "

"Pros: Always a great place to stay. Facilities are great, staff are friendly. Food and drinks are good. Very clean! Cons: Signage could be better. Charging $18/day to self-park is insane. This isn't in a city, parking in the lot couldn't cost more. And a $35/day 'resort fee' is nuts. Those fees should be built into the room, not something you find out about once you've checked in and find the pamphlet in your room. "

"Great view of the Atlantic. The water park is just a series of pools and hot tubs, with two water slides added on. It’s big, but nothing special. Check in was interesting. You check in at the office which is in a convention center across the street from the hotel itself. Good stay overall, our room had plenty of space for the whole family. "
