"Our room was great!!! The bathroom was huge!!! Bed was very comfortable. TV had great channel choices. We also utilized the bar upstairs, and the bartender and drinks were great. The location was also fantastic, literally steps from Times Square. Parking was easy, across the street from the hotel. We parked and didn’t need to move it until end of stay. Very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in NYC. "

"The room was spotless and the staff was very nice, kind and helpful. The only thing that I would have loved is a microwave in our room to heat up our leftovers, but I was told that there are not microwaves in the rooms anymore."

"Excellent stay, made even better by Mandy at the front desk. Mandy was absolutely amazing—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind from the moment we arrived. Rooms were small but clean and nice and the beds were so comfortable 🤗 Coffee shop was great and the bar too! "
