"Parking isn’t free, the morning staff is rude and egotistical with me and my girlfriend about the cleanliness of the “establishment”."

"I called the hotel for airport shuttle at around 10:55 pm, but the shuttle did not arrive until 11:40 pm. That’s a 45 minute wait for a 10 minute ride. Also, the breakfast costs $25 for lukewarm eggs and bacon, which I would be fine with (given that it’s NY) except for the fact that there was a used napkin with an obvious orange stain that was sitting on top of the pile of clean napkins next to the buffet bar, with staff passing by it multiple times without removing it until I mentioned it. My overall experience didn’t match my expectations, especially given how much they charge for the room and the breakfast. Management and the staff need to do a better job."

"This hotel is perfect for foodies; it’s a convenient location and short walk to downtown Flushing! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It could take a while to locate a parking spot on the street should you choose to drive."

"The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good with a short walk to a couple of subway stations with connections to multiple lines and within walking distance of the Brooklyn Bridge. Cons: The wifi connection was extremely slow, virtually unusable. The breakfast was terrible! The scrambled eggs cold and almost empty. The potstickers were dried out and cold as well. The coffee was empty and only refilled after we had finished. There no one around to be seen to ask about items which were out. The selection was also poor."
