"The hotel itself is adequate. It has large sized rooms with very comfortable beds, a lovely back terrace where you can sit and enjoy the outside, light snacks (for sale) and AC for those hot NY days. My only watch out for traveller's is it's not a highly walkable neighborhood. Stores close for the Sabbath on weekends and there are only two restaurants and one corner store within walking distance of the hotel."

"The location was great!!! Stephanie the front desk manager and Rosa with the breakfast staff both were super nice and went above and beyond to make sure i had a great stay....The property and grounds were clean...I had hot water everyday and was furnished with ample towels and wash cloths as well as soap and shampoo...The breakfast area was always nice and clean even at peak times of the morning and the breakfast staff did a wonderful job....The hotel itself needs to change up the breakfast selections...I was there from thursday until monday and all they changed up was the little link sausage to bacon on 1 of the days and they would change the eggs from omlets to scrambled...They had potatoes most days and a hash brown on one of the days...They had apples bananas and oranges as well as fruit loops,raisin bran and cinnamon toast crunch cereal...it was all good but just needs more variety and selections...The main issue i had was the air conditioner...Alot of the hotels like this one in new york limit u on bein able to adjust the thermostat much at all so they can cut down on their energy costs..At times it was uncomfortable cuz im the type that likes it cold in the room and with payin premium prices then i should be able to adjust the thermostat to suit my needs and preference...The room came with a small fridge and a microwave...The king bed was nice and comfortable with a variety of pillows..The big screen tv was nice and clear with lots of channels to choose from.."

"The staff in particular was outstanding, warm, welcoming, handled a couple of things that came up for us with grace. The location is excellent, less than 10 minutes walk southwest of Times Square, easy to get there but not crowded in the neighborhood and plenty of places for eats. There is a nice rooftop bar and a nice little cafe next to the lobby area. They do not have parking at the site but there are two good garages on 37th Street 2 minutes walk from the hotel."

"Hotel is located in a good area and close to everything. Check in was easy. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. The only issue with This hotel is the elevator situation. At times you wait up to 20 mins just to get to the lobby or to your room. The breakfast is pretty good however it ends at 10am. Overall it’s a pretty good hotel with clean rooms king size beds and cold AC."
