"Our stay at Tiki House was just perfect! The house is well equipped with everything you need: plenty of towels/washcloths, extra bedding/blankets, every kitchen utensil imaginable, and several beach chairs and sand toys. The locals take pride in ensuring the beach is safe for all wildlife, so the beach is clean and well cared for. We enjoyed seeing dolphins, sea turtles, crabs, and sting rays! Oh and there were SO many seashells to collect! We shore fished and caught a few catfish. We also went crabbing and fishing at the nearby state park. The fishing pier there was so nice and well maintained. Having the beach right outside your back door is so nice when you have littles in tow. The outdoor shower and downstairs bathroom were so convenient. We brought our own umbrella and tent, so I’m not sure if there any in the storage room. They did have plenty of charcoal and the grill was nice and clean. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! We will return! "

"This property is beautiful, comfortable, and convenient. The home is immaculate. It’s close to shopping, restaurants, equipment rentals, playground, and most importantly the beach!Despite being close to amenities, it is quiet and restful. The host is welcoming and a great communicator. I will absolutely come back again! "

"My kids and I had a great stay here. It was within walking distance to all of the shops, resturaunts and even the lighthouse park/beach. They provided us with beach items for us to use such as an umbrella, and some boogie boards for the kids. The washer & dryer were essential & much appreciated! We spent every morning and evening on the patio overlooking town. We will definitely be back. The owner was very kind and her response time was very quick. The only negative thing I could say was that the master bed is very stiff & uncomfortable. It definitely needs a topper. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay & very clean. Also, the soap & shampoo that is provided is a really nice touch! "

The home was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities like a washer and dryer.The host was incredibly communicative and made everything easy. We brought our two senior dogs for a special trip, and they had the best time exploring and relaxing. Truly a memorable stay — highly recommend!"
