"Good"

"I checked in this hotel 4/30 as upon arrival to my room the slide patio door was jammed, phone not working,sink not draining properly and the jacuzzi had debree in the water. Front desk moved me and my child to a second room where there were at least 5-8 insects crawling around. Then we were moved to a final third room ceiling fan not working, room phone not working and shower door not closing causing water to flood outside of it. Air conditioning unit not blowing out air fully. Also another family knocked on our door and stayed that they were given the same room we were in already. This had been the worst vacation for me and my son and an inconvenience that we had to stay in this environment and also wait for maintenance to come to try to fix issues hindering us from enjoying our stay. There was no accommodation on the resort even giving us any kind of compensation for the impact this has caused us. Just a bunch of room switching."

"Está en un excelentísimo lugar para los parques de diversiones pero el lugar en está un poco descuidado necesitan renovarlo tiene un olor a viejo y tiene como animales las camas y los sofás que asen que te piquen no lo recomiendo no huele bien"

"We had a great time at this resort. The pools were fantastic and the walkways throughout the middle were so pretty and our toddler loved it! The rooms were clean, spacious, and the AC worked great. The staff was top notch - so helpful and nice!! "

"Very basic room and I would not stay there again no hair dyer, no iron old furniture over all poor quality. Maintenance is very poor. Staff was friendly but I would not stay there again"
