This hotel was clean, it had a great breakfast, small gym but great location. I was there for USA cheer nationals. This was a great location with a lot of food options and easy traffic.

Booked weeks in advance through Expedia for a one week trip to Disney World for our daughters 10th birthday and to watch our oldest compete at National Cheer Championsips. Traveled all day only to finally get to the hotel already exhausted from flying all the way across the country, only to be told the hotel overbooked, our room was cancelled, and we were supposed to have been told the prior day by Expedia, which did not happen. I then had to spend an hour on the phone with Expedia with my family sitting in the lobby of the Fairfield, trying to get another room. Mind you we were not the only ones experiencing the same issue at the same time. We finally got into a room at nearly 1 AM Florida time after leaving California at 9 AM PST. The front desk at Fairfield was not helpful or considerate and told us we needex to deal with Expedia. Terrible experience!

The property was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was perfect for our needs. This property is conveniently located with a grocery store across the street, gas stations, and restaurants. I always felt safe coming and going from the property regardless of the time. Lastly, this property is within a very short and easy drive to any of the Disney locations. I would highly recommend it.

A localização era excelente, bem perto dos parques, restaurantes e farmácia. Quarto limpo, camas confortáveis porém a limpeza só era feita mediante solicitação e teve dias que recusaram pois não havia solicitado com 24h de antecedência. Infelizmente não pude usar a lavanderia pois não funciona, fiquei 13 dias hospedada e estava quebrado as máquinas e sem conserto realizado. Ao redor não tinha lavanderia perto, isso me prejudicou um pouco pois havia me programado para lavar roupas lá. Sobre café da manhã e básico, sem variedades e o espaço físico pequeno, alguns dias eu já pude tomar café lá e tive que subir para o quarto pois não tinha aonde sentar e também vale falar que após as 8:30 já não tinha reposição e então, era necessário descer antes para poder se alimentar. Acho que a questão de manutenção do hotel deveria ser tratada com mais atenção, além da manutenção da lavanderia que não foi realizada em 13 dias de hospedagem, tinha 2 elevadores de acesso ao quarto e apenas 1 funcionando, o outro estava com uma placa sinalizando que seria consertado e até o final da minha hospedagem isso não aconteceu. O fato de ter apenas um funcionando, demorava para subir até o andar.

The room is very spacious. The sofa bed could be improved for a more comfortable night's sleep, but it does the job. Sometimes it was difficult to find a table for breakfast, although that's understandable considering the holidays. Options for breakfast were good. There's plenty of parking available, the hotel is kept clean, and we found it to be a safe place. I would consider staying here again.

I booked this hotel because I was bringing my pet. About 30 minutes into leaving the hotel for a dinner reservation, I was called and told that my dog was barking loudly and they received “numerous phone calls” regarding this disruption. The whole thing is far fetched when I know my 5 lb Yorkie does not typically bark for no reason and the general manager was so sure it was her. Upon returning, we recorded the actual culprit which was a dog in a room across from the elevator. For this reason and to avoid the stress, I boarded my pet for the following day that would be spent at the parks. What was supposed to be a helpful and convenient stay turned stressful very quickly. The manager was also impossible to get ahold of and I had no choice but to contact corporate to file a claim against this hotel for wrongly accusing my pet and failing to be thorough in investigating the matter.

Clean room, nice staff, close to Disney. There’s only two things that I wasn’t too crazy about. 1.) They had shuttles that went to Disney, but the shuttles only went to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Would be nice if in the future they could include Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom. And 2.) Not a lot of breakfast options. It was a good breakfast! Just wish there was a little more variety. Good stay overall!
