"Room was as expected. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location. A real bonus to have free parking in this area."

"Room looked very nice however smelt damp . We had to contact reception to change our room as the smell was awful . Staff were nice and helpful . Parking is not reasonable as everytime we arrive and leave the premises must pay £15 . Water bottle costed me £9.50 in hotel room , very expensive. Location is very good as located in the Wembley outlet . Overall would rate 4stars."

"Sheets didn’t seem very clean, hairs in them. Although we purchased late check out we were woken up by staff banging on our doors telling us to leave. Who then bluntly apologized and left once we told them. No kettle was a disappointment. Upon check out staff were using profanities among each other and even talking about what they had found and taken from lost property… dodgy…"

"Very nice area. Cute and quiet and not far from a lot of train lines and bus rides to go into the major parts of London. Cute room to rest and reset before going to explore London. Did have a pool and a restaurant onsite but I literally just stayed here to sleep and shower and felt safe and comfortable sleeping here. Especially in another country "

"Staff were excellent and rooms were clean and spacious. We had a family room with 2 double beds. Breakfast and food as a whole were brilliant. Great location too being only 2 to 3 minute walk to the bus stop and 5 mins walk from kilburn park underground. "

"Property was nice. Advised if i booked direct i would have got parking included. The fridge in the room was not working and no extra pillows were avaliable. Got a stiff neck and no cold storage for my wifes insulin which i had booked a executive room."

"The stay was perfect. Best hotel I have stayed in for a long year. The breakfast was excellent, everything tasted do good and huge variety to choose from, including a smoothie as well as juices, hot cross buns and fantastic variety of breads."

"I love the fact that it felt like a studio apartment without a stove but it worked for me. Close to everything as I was able to go shopping and sight see without having to spend a lot of money on transportation. The Southgate Underground is literally around the corner and can take you straight to the airport. The staff was absolutely professional and the housekeeping went above and beyond. I stayed three weeks here and loved every bit of it. Will be going back again in July. "
