Beautiful location and really helpful host. She even did a load of laundry for us! Best place we’ve stayed in the UK on our trip so far and I wish we were here longer. Hint: use the postcode instead of the town to find it and you drive right here. There’s a hotel for food a 2 min drive away.

Easy to book in, very friendly and helpful start. Excellent diner and breakfast at a reasonable price. Would stay here ant time.

Great place to stay in Liverpool with friendly staff and clean, tidy room.

Everything was amazing. The food delicious. The Jane Seymour suite we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. We felt like a king and queen for a night.

Outstanding hotel. The shower was actually magical and I would make the trip back to Cardiff for this hotel alone. Staff were lovely.

Great location and everything there when you need it

If you’re driving somewhere it’s good value for money as a one or two nighter. Don’t expect anything flashy but it’s nice and clean. Would be better if they had a queen size bed. Be prepared to drive. It’s not close to anything. Breakfast was so so. Filling, but the powdered scrambled eggs were not very edible.

An excellent 6 night stay, convenient location for golf tournament

This was such an excellent place to stay. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though there was also a major function on at the same time, this did not diminish the high level of service. A+++++

Most comfortable bed. Good position in Cardiff. Car parking close.

Hotel room is modern and clean. Room had all amenities we needed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is just next to the train station and an easy walk to shops and eating places. It also close to Cardiff castle.

Stayed overnight here. Nice room with everything in it and clean. Bed was good size. . Great view from the 10th floor. Plenty of elevators. We got a helpful young lady and reception. Beds even have a USB port beside it. Our GPS took us to the opposite side of the street and couldn’t find the way around town and all the one way streets to get there. I got partner to walk to hotel and asked reception for the parking address which worked out. Parking was easy. Breakfast ok but coffee could be a...
