"Always enjoy staying at the Radisson, but this is the second time that I have had to ask for the bottle of wine that Expedia rewards Silver members with. This time I had to ask again after waiting 2 hours. It is almost as if they are trying not to allow it to guests. Had to walk down to reception twice to ask for assistance as the telephone line was permanently busy; surprisingly the reception was not busy when went down. "We came by car and there was ample space to park. We had a warm and friendly check in and the member of staff showed us to our room. The room was clean, well furnished and quite large. We had an excellent Lamb curry and drinks in the Bistro which was very tasty. In the morning our welcome again was friendly and efficient.
