"We stayed 2 nights when we arrived in Hanoi and then another night when we returned from Sapa. They held our suitcases for us. The hotel is ideally located in the old quarter. Our Balcony room was spacious and very well equipped. The staff is very dedicated and attentive. The breakfast is great, everything is there, even homemade yogurts. "Absolutely perfect stay. The staff were attentive and made you feel welcomed all the time. The rooms were just the perfect setting - we had a suite with 2 bedrooms and it was super comfy. View was great too. Breakfast is sufficient. Location is just right - in front of beach and walking distance to everything in the town Only thing to suggest to the hotel is consider charging F&M to the room instead of paying on the spot eg the pool area"

"This has always been a go to resort for me when visiting Danang. The resort is beautiful, clean and the service is great. You get access to your own private beach which has beautiful sunrise and sunset views. We stayed in the executive suite that was very spacious and loved waking up to the sunrise every morning. The food was also amazing which is hard to find when you're staying in a resort. Will be back as always."

"What a lovely hotel. Very well set out and clean. The staff have all been amazing; welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Whatever you need they will accommodate. The rooms are light filled and spacious. Had such a great nights sleep, with wonderful blockout blinds. The bathrooms are well laid out with plenty of storage. Tracy (the front office manager) went above and beyond. We were very impressed. You can see why the hotel runs so well. Front of house staff Yen was so lovely and helpful. This is a fantastic hotel, we will be back to stay again. "
