Very convenient location to explore Hanoi. 2 min walk from night market. Very close to train street and the lake. Staff is super nice. They asked us everyday about our room. We had an overnight flight so we arrived early in the morning and they offered us a room and breakfast for very reasonable price. They even gave us a souvenir during check out. Breakfast was good. Happy with the decision to stay at Classy Holiday and Spa.

I stayed at the hotel for nearly one week. The hotel is narrow and unnoticeable from the street, thus a bit hard to identify as I arrived at night time. There were street stores around the area selling herbal medicines. The area was safe and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. My room in the 7th floor. There is a lift to get there. It did not work for a day or two but it was quickly fixed. Breakfast was standard as everywhere else where I stayed in Vietnam. My bed was smelly but the bedsheets were not changed during my stay.

Good location, located in the old quarter so it wasn’t easy for us to walk to where we wanted to go or take a short grab ride. The staff were extremely nice and welcoming-very helpful in offering suggestions on where to eat and what to see. The room was spacious, clean and so cute definitely good value for the money. Breakfast was really good as well with plenty of options!

Classy Holiday Hotel is in a very convenient location, walking distance to many shops, cafes, and restaurants. The breakfast which included in our hotel room charge was good. Besides all the things that the hotel put out, we can also order from the kitchen. This hotel have 3 elevators which I think takes you to different areas of the building - front, middle, back. The room was okay. The front desk staff and the breakfast staff was very nice & friendly.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and willing to help with any queries/requests. Location wise, the hotel is perfect - Walking distance to many popular attractions and tonnes of food options around. Despite all this, the rooms are very quiet in the night (good sound proofing). The breakfast which comes along with the booking had a pretty wide spread with both local and western choices. The staff were very honest about their struggles during the COVID lockdowns and are really working hard to provide the best hospitality. I'd say for any travellers looking to stay in Old Quarter, this is a safe choice and will not disappoint (it's affordable pricing is a plus).

スタッフのホスピタリティは最高ですが、施設は修理が必要ないところが多いように思います。 先ずは備え付けられたヘアドライヤーがすぐに壊れて動かなくなったり、交換してもらったものは煙が出たり… シャワーブースのドアのパッキンが甘くて水漏れしたり… その都度スタッフは迅速に対応はしてくれ、2泊目の部屋は問題ない部屋に変更してくれたたのですが、施設管理については評価は低いです。 &スパとの名で売ってる割に、写真で見たスパ設備は修繕中で、マッサージを依頼したら自室でならと…、同行者が睡眠中なのでと話したら、後ほどチェックイン予定の別の客室で対応するとの申し出だったり… マッサージ用のベッドでないため、頭の体制が辛いとスタッフに告げたら、枕を駆使して横向きで対応してくれたり… いろいろありましたが、何とか無事2泊3日終えられました。

위치와 룸컨디션이 사진과 많이 다르네요. 처음 갔을때 위치가 거의 시장 한복판이라 개당황. 그랩기사도 잘 찾지 못해 좀 헤매더군요. 방안에 들어서니 냄새, 커피포트 상태, 침대 청결 모든게 음... (침대위에 종이쪼가리들이 너저분하게 널려있어 뭔가 했더니 호텔 소개 사진에 있는 웰컴 장식 -.-) 무엇보다 개미가 많으니 음식 놓고 외출하지 마세요. 하지만 너무 친절한 직원들과 어디든 편하게 갈 수 있는 지리적 장점, 맛있는 조식 쌀국수땜에 전 그럭저럭 기분좋게 보냈습니다. 하지만 개미에 물리고 밤새 술마시고 떠드는 중국 관광객(방음이 잘 안됨) 에 시달린 아내는 재방문 의사가 없답니다.
