"This is a great little gem if you are traveling through upstate. The property is well maintained, the room had ample space, was decorated nicely, and was clean! Austin is very friendly and helpful. I know many of the reviews mention the waffles for breakfast. They are ALL correct! They are amazing. It’s an expansive spread for an included breakfast. We would most definitely stay here again if we travel this way."

"Staff was very helpful and kind. Clean room. Great location."

"Just like it's name, this B and B is alongside the Erie canal. The room was large, with a nice seating area had a kitchenette and a very comfortable bedroom. Little Falls City is a lovely area in the Mohawk Valley of New York State and is very walkable. I would recommend staying in this B&B if you find yourself in the area."

"A place of great charm and atmosphere - and the proprietor is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was stunning - and great coffee! A place to return to again and again!"

"Beautiful historic home, Limestone Mansion is a perfect stay when visiting Cooperstown."

"Great people, Thanks!"

"One of the best trips my family has ever taken! The caboose is charming with amazing views and plenty of furry company. The house was clean and the yard/fire pit area was spectacular. The only negative is the water smells a bit funky, but that should not be a deterrent because this trip is so special. Do not miss out, book the caboose!!"
