Pleasant

The staff were very helpful, and when realising our flight was at midnight, we extended our stay for an extra day and the process was so easy (just a call to reception). the flights and early online check made the process a whole lot easier

We stayed at the Kimpton in late July 2026. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the stay extra special. Our deluxe room was spacious and well-appointed, with an opulent bathroom, a great rain shower, and quality products.  The pool and gym area were quiet during our stay. The pool was nice and relaxing, and the gym was a great space to work out.  The hotel is well placed to TRX and nearby businesses, but we did find it wasn’t close to any main attractions and required a Grab...

We stayed 2 nights at EQ Kuala Lumpur and it was one of the best hotel experiences that we’ve had. The layout of the hotel is well designed with an immaculate interior. Our room was great quality, spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff at EQ were very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The hotel also offers plenty of quality food choice including Nipah and Bottega which both had great food and ambience. I would highly recommend EQ. Thanks again EQ for making our stay so memorable and...

This hotel is awesome. The rooms are so big, with great city view and if you are above level 8 you can see the Petronas Tower from your room. The breakfast food is the best we have experienced in a hotel so far. The Staff are so great! The best receptionist was named MAS. She was such a lovely person! We will definitely come back. Great location - easy walk to the Pavilion Mall.

I didn't fly out until late in the evening. The hotel was very accommodating.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in and highly recommended. We stayed in a Grand suite. The room was fantastic with amazing views over the Twin Towers. The Club Lounge was one of the best we’ve enjoyed, with great attentive service without being pretentious. The breakfast was immense with so many choices and daily rotations, again with amazing views. The location is fantastic within easy walking distance of KLCC park, Bukit Bintang and transport. The staff were all excellent, but a special...

Staff was excellent and super friendly. Amazing food. Room beautiful and very clean

This hotel is probably the BEST hotel we have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left there was no stone unturned. Ultra Luxurious, extensive facilities and a 24 hour gym... The breakfast was amazing and the staff were impeccable. This hotel is so convenient, directly across the road from Suria KLCC. We had a late night flight, so they were very accommodating with a later check out and we chilled out in their ultra plush executive lounge and did some work for a couple...

Excellent hotel for solo travellers. Very good location, next to a big shopping mall. Situated centrally in Kelana Jaya and getting a cab is very easy.

Excellent location, great Serice and hotel staff

The hotel was a perfect location to stay with the kids. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, the hotel was clean and easily accessible. Highly recommend

Staff were all amazing and helpful, rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet was awesome. My family felt very happy here.

For a 5-6 star hotel, guests should have access to the sauna and steam facilities without having to pay for it. This is what we normally look forward to during our stay.
