"I needed a single night for a move. Got there at 9:00pm, super easy check-in, I had booked two nights and wanted to see if I could cancel the second one and they were great about it. Only extra step was contacting hotels.com but they were super helpful. Room was clean, beds well made, bathroom and tub were clean. There was an adorable duck in the bathroom that kinda made my night. Friendly staff, good room, overall would recommend if you are not interested in staying downtown Victoria"
